Adding an EA Contract

The Registry IS_EA_CONTRACT_SUPPORTED controls the overall EA contract function in Poetic. If set to true, then all EA Contract functions are enabled.

The security CAN_VIEW_ENTERPRISE_AGREEMENT_CONTRACTS must be set to true to access the EA Contract menu.

To add an EA Contract:

1. From the Administration menu, click EA Contracts. The EA Contract Search page displays.

• On the EA Contract Search page, click the [Add a contract] link. The EA Edit Contract page displays.

• Enter the required information on the Overview , Users , and Miscellaneous tabs.
