On the Renewal Dashboard , you may have the option to purchase renewals directly from the Shopping Cart or an e-commerce web site.
If the option is available, then a Renew Now button displays:
- Next to the Request Renewal button on the Current Subscriptions or Dropped Subscriptions tab
- On the Renewal Requests tab
To use this option to purchase renewals for entitlements that are not in a renewal request:
- Check the check box next to each contract/group you want to purchase a renewal for. Make sure that all of the items are for the same contract.
- Click Renew Now.
- Poetic redirects you to the Shopping Cart or the appropriate web site to complete the purchase.
To use this option for requests that have not been authorized:
- Check the check box next to each request you want to include in the purchase. Make sure that they are all for the same contract.
- Click Renew Now.
