The SetPoeticEntitlement Processing Report generates a summary of SetPoeticEntitlement processes over a specified period of time. The report can include any alerts raised by the SetPoeticEntitlement process, grouped by the alert subcategory.
The report criteria include:
| From date | Required. The start date for the time period to include in the report. |
| To date | The end date for the time period to include in the report. |
| Reference ID | The reference ID for the alerts to include in the report. You can use the wildcard to specify partial criteria. For example, to include alerts with reference IDs that start with “123”, type 123% in the Reference ID field. |
| Priority | From the Priority dropdown, select the priority for the alerts to include in the report. |
| Status | From the Status dropdown, select the current status of the alerts to include in the report. |
| Queue | From the Queue dropdown, select the queue for the alerts to include in the report. |
| Resource | From the Resource dropdown, select the resource assigned to the alerts to include in the report. |
| Include failure details | To include the list of alerts, grouped by subcategory, from the Failure details dropdown, select Include. If you do not include the details, then the report only lists the number of failures. |
