From the Search Downloads page, you can export the downloads in the search results to a file. You can then import that file into another Poetic instance. Note that the export does not include the detailed description files. You must copy those manually to a new instance.
To export the download search results:
- On the Search Downloads page, click Export results. The Export Downloads page displays. The page includes a link to the event generated to export the downloads.
- To return to the Search Downloads page, click Return to Search Downloads.
The downloads are exported to a file in the outbound/ESDImportExport directory on the File Share.
To use the file to create downloads in another instance:
- On the instance where you exported the downloads, download the exported file from the File Share. See Downloading files from the File Share.
- On the instance where you want to create the downloads, upload the file to that instance’s File Share. See Uploading files to the File Share.
