About the contract search form
The Search Contracts form displays when you click the find icon next to a Contract # field. It is used to select a contract to use as a search criterion.
Available criteria
The contract search allows the following criteria:
| Company name |
The name of the contract company. You can either type the company name into the field, or click the find icon to search for and select a company. If you type the company name, the field supports partial criteria. For example, to find all contracts belonging to companies that start with the letter A, type “A%” into the field. If you belong to an end customer, then you can only see contracts belonging to your company. The Company name field does not display. |
| Program | The name of the program the contract was created under. |
| Contract # | The contract number. The Contract # field supports partial criteria. For example, to find all contracts with numbers that start with 123, type “123%” in the field. |
| Status | The current status of the contract. |
| Start date | A range of dates in which the contract start date occurs. To enter a date, either type the date into the field using the specified format, or click the date picker icon to use a calendar tool to select the date. |
| Expire date | A range of dates in which the contract expiration date occurs. To enter a date, either type the date into the field using the specified format, or click the date picker icon to use a calendar tool to select the date. |
| Region/Countries |
A list of countries where the contract company is located. To include countries for a specific region, select the region from the dropdown. To select the specific countries for which to run the report, click the icon next to the dropdown. Use the select countries form to select the countries to include. |
Selecting the contract
After providing the search criteria, to display the list of matching contracts, click Search Contracts.
In the results list, to select the contract you want to use, click its Select link.
