If you forget your password, you can request to have it reset and sent to you:
- On the Poetic login page, click Forgot My Password.
- On the Request Password form, in the Login field, type your Poetic login.
- Click Submit Request.
- On the Password Reset form, click Close.
The new password is sent by email to the email address listed for your account.
