Poetic allows you to edit orders that have a status of either Entry in Progress or Entry with Errors.
To change an existing order:
- On the Order menu, click Edit order. The Edit Order page displays.

In the Order # field, type the number of the order you want to edit. To search for and select the order, click the find icon.

To edit an order associated with a renewal request, in the Renewal request # field, type the request number. You cannot provide both an order number and a renewal request number.

Click the Edit Order button. The Parties tab of the Order Entry page displays.
- After making your changes, click the Error tab to check for errors.
- If there are no order errors, the Confirmation tab displays.

After verifying the information, to submit the order for processing, click Finish.
